Scholarships for Individuals
The Dyslexia Services Foundation provides funding for evaluation and treatment scholarships for children and adults who are struggling with reading and who can demonstrate financial need. Applicants will need to provide evidence of financial need (e.g., a Medicaid card, evidence of qualification for public school reduced lunch program).
Scholarship payments are made directly to a service provider selected by the Foundation based on 1) the qualification of the provider, 2) the cost-competitiveness of the service and 3) the scholarship recipient’s preferences.
The availability of scholarships is subject to the Foundation’s funding.
The Dyslexia Services Foundation funds services for children ages 6 to 14. We are not currently funding scholarships. However, we are supporting local literacy partnership initiatives in communities that have a Rotary Club and a Wal-Mart store. Contact us to learn more.
